this is mischa at auburn skatepark back in 2002 or so. it's hard to believe this was so long ago when i was living in sacramento with pat. we would always be drinking and driving. i don't think i can match how much pat and i used to drink, not even the mission records days, though they come pretty close. anywhere we went, it didn't matter how close or far, we would always hit the liquor store first. we always had a six pack in the car when we went to skate. it was pretty awesome, though reckless.
mischa came to nyc to visit a couple weeks ago. i haven't seen him probably since 2004 or maybe 2003. he's such a rad dude. i must have met him when he was 16 or so, right around when this picture was taken. now he does tattoos in the grass valley area. he works a lot in the tattoo americana with a good dose of humor. sounds about right knowing him. check out his work here.
my friend anthony organized an "Arrested Development"-themed party aboard a yacht in the delaware river. i remember it was on on the dance floor. they played that song by the outfield.
